Getting started with LeasePilot is simple. Register your property, discuss your requirements, approve your personalised proposal and sign your mandate. We take care of the agreed lease administration from there.

Complete the existing Landlord Registration form with contact details and basic property information.

We Contact You
We confirm the information, discuss the property, establish service requirements and explain the available options.

Property Evaluation and Personalised Proposal
We prepare a remote rental assessment using available information, market evidence and landlord-provided details, then provide a personalised proposal and fee estimate.

Review and Sign the Rental Mandate
You review the terms, confirm the selected services and sign the applicable mandate. Services are not represented as appointed before acceptance and signature.

Property Marketing (If Required)
If selected, LeasePilot coordinates advertising, enquiries, pre-screening and viewing arrangements. The landlord conducts physical viewings and makes the final tenant decision; this stage may be skipped.

Tenant Onboarding and Lease Documentation
LeasePilot coordinates the agreed application and screening process, collects documentation, prepares the lease and arranges signature. Existing tenancies follow a documentation review pathway.

Ongoing Lease Administration
Once the mandate is effective and onboarding is complete, LeasePilot provides the agreed remote administration: communication, records, maintenance coordination, utilities and billing records, credit control where included, renewals and termination support.
Tenant Process
Register or apply through the website → submit the required information and documents → LeasePilot coordinates screening → the landlord makes the final selection → the relevant parties review and sign the lease → tenant onboarding follows.
A submitted application is not approval. WhatsApp is available only for maintenance and urgent support after activation.
Service Provider Process
Register through the website → LeasePilot reviews the business and supporting information → the provider is linked to authorised properties → the applicable SLA is prepared and signed → approval and activation precede authorised maintenance coordination.
Registration does not create automatic approval, property assignment or an active SLA.
Website registration starts a review process and does not itself approve a landlord, tenant or service provider. Mandates, leases and SLAs must be reviewed and signed before the relevant relationship or service is activated.
WhatsApp support is reserved for maintenance requests and urgent administrative matters relating to existing LeasePilot services. For registrations, applications and agreements, please use the website.
